How we started
Our journey into short-term rentals began with a passion for real estate and a deep love for travel. Combining both interests allowed us to build a second source of income while doing something we truly enjoy.
What started as a personal project soon turned into a business. Our first apartment was created by converting a former medical practice into a cozy living space. The property, which has been in our family for many years, holds personal significance as it was once home to my grandfather.
Driven by a passion for interior design and planning, we saw the opportunity to bring fresh, modern apartments to a market filled with outdated options. Today, we proudly manage three thoughtfully designed apartments at this location, each offering comfort, functionality, and style.
Looking ahead, our goal is to grow organically—adding more unique units and, one day, managing entire apartment buildings dedicated to short-term stays.
